The Magic of Owning a Vacation Home in Costa Rica

https://vimeo.com/254966068

When it comes to purchasing a vacation home in Costa Rica or anywhere in the world, there are always two equal forces at play; I call those forces magic and logic…after all it is always the magic of any given exotic destination that drives one to consider a real estate purchase, but it is always the logic behind the offer itself that acts as the catalyst to buy.

The video presentation below is designed to lend comfort as to the magic of a region and country that you might one day call your second home; soon we will follow up with a similar video dedicated to the logic behind partnering with an iconic brand such as Hilton; a brand that has over 70 million loyalty members, and grows by one million members per month!

Botánika Osa Peninsula, Curio Collection by Hilton offers the ultimate property purchase, and the reassurance of an established luxury name whose high standards remain the same wherever they are in the world.

In general, branded condominium hotel residences tend to be in prime locations and offer cutting-edge interior design, technology, and architecture. Branded residences usually also come with professional management programs providing hassle-free ownership, a secure environment, and access to a luxury lifestyle. But before I get to broad strokes of Costa Rican real estate laws, I would like to first bring to the forefront the magic that owning Costa Rica real estate represents.

Costa Rica is often referred to as the Switzerland of Central America, and this little country can boast one of the highest literacy rates on the planet. When it comes to your well-being, it is very easy to keep healthy here; in fact, the world health organization praises Costa Rica for actually ranking far better than the U.S or Canada, and is even ranked among the best in the world.

According to U.S. government statistics, Costa Rica also enjoys Central America’s highest standard of living and the lowest rate of unemployment. Perhaps this is why Costa Rica is ranked the number 1 tourist destination of all the countries in Latin America! And imagine this; as a sign of its prosperity little Costa Rica has two international airports with a third international airport on the way. And no other Latin American country has experienced the peaceful history and democratic stability that Costa Rica has.
