Thanksgiving weekend saw a great marlin bite with releases of blue and striped marlin on a daily basis. The largest marlin released was 500lbs. Dorado has been plentiful at the dinner table and the sailfish bite although good, should just get better as we move into our peak season. John and Meghan Heritage from Michigan shot video of a sailfish hitting a fly from three (GoPro) perspectives yesterday and we hope to get that for your viewing pleasure within the next few days.

If you’re thinking about at trip to Crocodile Bay Resort we have something for everyone including 30 of Costa Rica’s most popular ecotours and a luxury rainforest spa for non-anglers. Check out this new video created to give you a taste of Crocodile Bay in 90 seconds! Hope to see you soon in Costa Rica. Todd Staley will be back in mid December with The Direct Line fishing report.
