November Eco-report

Kayaking at Crocodile Bay Resort

While there are many ways to experience the beauty of the scenic Golfo Dulce and its natural inhabitants, kayaking is by far one of the most relaxing.

The silent nature of the activity allows us to be more easily accepted by the animals of the area in a way not possible with boats and conventional motors. Even the natural scenery seems to be more vibrant when the only thing you hear is the gentle sounds of the paddles entering the water and the wind.

Whether we are taking our kayaks into the mangroves to view wildlife, fishing from them to put dinner on the table, taking a late afternoon paddle at sunset in search of dolphins or challenging ourselves to cross the gulf simply for the exercise, kayaks have the ability to provide us with an experience that is so much more than a simple form of transportation.
